The Vitality of Language; Few facts

Language is one of the fundamental dynamics in the composition of a culture.A perfect command of language and the ability to engage easily in dialogue with others protect a person from outside influence. Language is an important tool for humankind in our efforts to better understand the cosmos and events both holistically and analytically. Language is not only a means of speech and thought; it is a bridge with the significant function of bringing the wealth of the past to our day and conveying today’s heritage and our new compositions to the future. All of the cognitive, intellectual and scientific reserves and riches of a nation can become eternal only by means of a language powerful enough to embrace this heritage as a whole, a heritage that has descended from the forefathers and taken new forms in the hands of today’s generations.

The struggle for religion to remain relevant in the world is common to all religions at some point in history. Much of the literature surrounding the current Islam-globalization debate provides an inadequate and fragmented view of religion's role in the process of globalization. Secularization, which is promoted in the current forms of globalization, is a new concept. In fact, based upon historical precedence, religion has played a key role in contributing to globalization and, more specifically, Islam has had a predominant role. LIVING IN THE SHADE OF ISLAM


At a time when there is a vast interest in acquiring an accurate knowledge of Islam, this book is a welcome addition. What better way to learn of a religious tradition than having one who knows it intimately write about it? For decades, non-Muslims have been "informed" about Islam by non-Muslim Orientalists, ideologues who opposed it for various reasons, atheists, sociologists, Christian and other missionaries, and many similar people. All of them had just one overall view of Islam in common: It was outdated and therefore either in need of being reformed -- and of course only they could do the job properly -- or it should be thrown into the dustbin of history and replaced with modernity, science, secularism, or just about anything else.This book refutes all such claims by revealing the underlying essence of Islam's beliefs and rituals. The author's obvious piety and profound knowledge immediately sets this book apart from similar works. Issues related to the Muslim's personal life also are analyzed, among them marriage and family life, lawful (halal) and forbidden (haram) activities in one's social as well as professional life, and prayers. Especially helpful are the various prayers to be made on certain occasions.Chapter 3 follows the traditional manuals long known to observant Muslims. But this one is different, for instead of just explaining what to do, the author explains why our Creator places such importance upon such attitudes and rituals, as well as what attitude that we should adopt toward Him as a result. This book should be in the personal library of everyone who is looking for a comprehensive account of what Islam offers to humanity. It will be of great help to practising Muslims, for it provides a much deeper understanding of Islamic rituals and terminology, why humanity was created, and the exact nature of each person's relationship with his or her Creator. After reading it, no longer will Muslims be content with their usual rote recitation of the Qur'an and participation in Islam's sacred rituals. May this book find a wide audience, and may its readers seek to re-establish contact with their Creator.

He had a wonderful day today. Every teacher was quite friendly. He enjoyed casual chating with his Teachers, had a light but delicious refreshment and unlimited capturing of those memorable moments in his mobile camera.

VERBAL COMMUNICATAION WORKSHOP

I, on 7th March, participated in workshop on Verbal Communications conducted by FYND Pakistan. Mr. K.B Talha, the BBC qualified and authorized ESL Instructor, gave precious and practical tips on how to improve Verbal Communication skills in Spken English. He used Audi-Visual Recordings. In the end, I along with other participants, was awarded The Participation Certifiacate by Honourable, M.R KB Talha.
